December 12, 2017 – Three Chefs Holiday
Our Three Chefs join us for the Holidays with host Tracy Moore. Randy Feltis starts things off with seafood finger food for Christmas Eve. Massimo Capra prepares stuffed Duck breast as an alternative to turkey as well as a Chestnut Tiramisu. Jason Parsons offers an easy meal for Holiday prep and makes two different types of Gnochi. For our New Year’s celebrations, Randy prepares lobster spaghetti and Jason takes care of the New Years Day hangover brunch with a delicious French toast sandwich!
