These roasted chickpeas are the perfect snack for when you need something on-the-go or are a great addition to salads.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 can chickpeas
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp ground cumin
METHOD
- Rinse chickpeas and dry thoroughly with a paper towel or dish towel.
- Place in a bowl and season with olive oil, salt, paprika and ground cumin.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Cool and enjoy!
