METHOD
- Gently cut the top off the Brie and place back into wooden case.
- Wrap with foil and top with wine, garlic and rosemary.
- Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove when the cheese is flowing.
- Spoon onto any garnish and enjoy.
