frozen berries
1/2 cup
frozen spinach

banana
1/4 cup
kefir
1/4 cup
yogurt
1/4 cup
orange juice
Instructions
Method:
- In a blender add, frozen berries, spinach and one banana.
- Next add the liquid ingredients; kefir, yogurt and orange juice.
- Blend and serve!
