Ingredients

2 lb
beets, golden and candy cane
1
heavy sea salt
3 tbsps
extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

Method: 
  1. Slice beets thinly on a mandolin, toss in a bowl with salt and olive oil.  
  2. Let rest for 13-14 minutes. The salt will release the natural moisture of the beet.  
  3. Lay on a sheet of parchment paper and bake on convection at 300 degrees for 45-55 minutes.  
  4. Let rest, remove and enjoy.
