Celebrate Your Dog’s Birthday with a Pawsome Homemade Treat!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups finely ground oats
- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 water
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter
- 225g cream cheese
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 350F and lightly grease each cavity of your cupcake tin.
- Whisk together the pumpkin, banana, egg, coconut oil, honey, and water in a bowl. When smooth, add in the oat flour.
- Once everything is mixed, divide mixture into cupcake cavities and bake for 13 to 15 minutes for small cupcakes, and 18 to 20 for standard size. once done, remove from oven and let cool.
- In a stand mixer, combine Peanut Butter and Cream. Mix until ingredients forms a fluffy light frosting.
- Place into a piping bag and pipe onto cooled pup cakes.
