Scrumptious chocolate chip and prune cookies
This snack is a triple treat as it's gluten free, high in fiber and yes... they are delicious!

Ingredients
1-¾ cups
almond flour
¼ cup
flaxseeds
12
pitted prunes
1 tsp
baking soda
2 tablespoons
grass fed butter
1
organic egg
3 tbsp
maple syrup
1 tsp
vanilla
½ cup
mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 350.
- Rough chop prunes and add to food processor.
- Combine almond flour, flaxseeds, prunes and baking soda to bowl and mix.
- Melt butter and combine with egg, maple syrup and vanilla.
- Add dry and wet ingredients together.
- Stir in mini chocolate chips.
- Use spoon and spoon out cookies on oiled baking sheet.
- Bake for 12 minutes, remove from oven, allow to cool.
