bacon, well done

crumbled blue cheese

3/4 cup
mac and cheese
1 tsp
jerk sauce
2 tsp
crushed potato chips
1 tbsp
green onion, finely sliced

Italian style hot dog buns, toasted
1/3 cup
marinara sauce
4 slices
buffalo mozzarella

basil leaves
2 tsp
parmesan, grated
Instructions

Lay a hot dog in each bun. Top with avocado, two strips of bacon each, crumbled blue cheese and top with a sunny side egg.JERK MAC AND CHEESE DOG
Combine jerk sauce with mac and cheese. Lay a sausage in each bun and top with mac and cheese, garnish with chips and green onions.CAPRESE DOG
Lay 2 basil leaves down in each bun, top basil leaves with mozzarella. Top with hot dog, marinara sauce and parmesan cheese.
