There are so many ways to use bananas in dessert recipes, but this one is our favorite by far. These bite-size banana pops are sweetened with nut butter and covered in decadent chocolate.

Ingredients

large bananas
3 tbsp
nut butter
4 oz
melted dark chocolate
Instructions
- Line a small tray with sides or a container with sides with parchment paper.
- Peel bananas, cut each into 10 equal pieces.
- Smear a small dab of your favorite nut butter on the top of one banana chunk, top with the second piece of banana. Stick a popsicle stick through.
- Dip banana chunks in melted chocolate and let drip off. Place bottom side sitting on the parchment paper. Finish all 10, place in freezer overnight.
