Date energy balls

Ingredients

cup almonds
1/2
cup shredded coconut
1
cup dates, pitted
1
Tbsp coconut oil
1/2
tsp sea salt
1/2
tsp vanilla
1/2
tsp cinnamon
1/4
tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Blend the almonds and shredded coconut until there are coarsely chopped
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and process it for 30 to 60 seconds until its all blended and you have a sticky mixture
  3. Take one tablespoon of the mixture at a time (smaller if you need), roll it in your hands, into a nice smooth ball
  4. Place each one on a parchment lined baking sheet
  5. Put the tray in the fridge for an hour to let them harden.
  6. Enjoy!
