INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup dates pitted
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
METHOD
- Blend the almonds and shredded coconut until there are coarsely chopped
- Add the rest of the ingredients and process it for 30 to 60 seconds until its all blended and you have a sticky mixture
- Take one tablespoon of the mixture at a time (smaller if you need), roll it in your hands, into a nice smooth ball
- Place each one on a parchment lined baking sheet
- Put the tray in the fridge for an hour to let them harden.
