Chocolate covered bacon

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Place bacon on an oven tray and add 1 oz water. Bake at 425 until lightly toasted. Remove and let rest. 
  2. Melt chocolate in a double boiler.
  3. Skewer the bacon and dip into chocolate, garnish with peanuts and smoked salt.
