INGREDIENTS
- 12 thick cut bacon strips
- 12 oz dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
- 1 tablespoon smoked salt
METHOD
- Place bacon on an oven tray and add 1 oz water. Bake at 425 until lightly toasted. Remove and let rest.
- Melt chocolate in a double boiler.
- Skewer the bacon and dip into chocolate, garnish with peanuts and smoked salt.
