INGREDIENTS
- 2 pieces Shallot
- 2 pieces Serrano chili
- 1 pint Cherry tomatoes
- 1.5 cups Pickled cherries
- 2 ears Corn
- 1/4 bu pickled Basil
- 1/4 bu pickled Mint
- 60 mL Cold-pressed canola
METHOD
- Macerate the shallots with salt and sugar at room temperature for 10 minutes.
- Add everything else and mix together.
- Season if necessary!
