If you’re looking for a savoury and refreshing salsa, you’ll love the Tangy Goddess salsa.  Each recipe is adjustable depending on how many people are expected to be served, so feel free to add as much (or as little) of each ingredient as you like.

Ingredients

Sweet & Spicy Salsa

Strawberries
Mango
Pineapple
Chopped shallots
Pickled jalapeños
Basil
Honey, for serving

Cowgirl Caviar Salsa

Corn
Black beans
Bell peppers
Chopped red onion
Cilantro
Cojita cheese
Avocado
Sour cream
Lime juice
Taco seasoning

Instructions

Sweet & Spicy Salsa
  1. Finely chop all ingredients by hand or in a food processor, then drizzle with honey prior to serving.
  Cowgirl Caviar Salsa
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl except for avocado, sour cream, lime and taco seasoning.
  2. Mash avocado in a separate bowl and mix in remaining ingredients until smooth.
  3. Add creamy avocado mixture to first bowl of ingredients and serve.
  Tangy Goddess Salsa 
  1. Finely chop or use a food processor for cucumber, honeydew, green onion, and mint, and mix in a bowl.
  2. Fold in crumbled feta, poppy seeds, and rice vinegar/sugar prior to serving.
