INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups cherry or grape tomatoes halved
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp liquid honey
- ½ tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard

- mixed greens
- radicchio sliced
- parsley torn
- olive-oil packed tuna flaked
METHOD
Salad Dressing
- In bowl, combine tomatoes, green onions, garlic, vinegar, oil, honey, pepper and salt.
- Let stand for 20 minutes.
- Stir in Dijon.
Salad
- Arrange desired salad ingredients onto a platter.
- Top with tomatoes and drizzle dressing overtop. Serve immediately.
