INGREDIENTS
- 24 ears corn husk on
- 2 lb butter
- 1 sink full of water
METHOD
- Soak corn in water for 1 hour.
- Roast on 450 bbq or oven for 30 minutes Peel back husk and silk and tie with butcher twine to make a handle.
- Melt butter and place in a mason jar.
- Dip corn and add desired toppings
