Rosemary vanilla cranberry sauce

Ingredients

12 oz
frozen cranberries, thawed
3/4 cup
granulated sugar
1/4 cup
light brown sugar
2 tsp
Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla
1 tsp
fresh rosemary, finely chopped
1/2
beans scraped vanilla pod
1/2 tsp
kosher salt

Instructions

Use frozen and thawed cranberries to cook this delicious cranberry sauce quickly. Use fresh vanilla for a huge kick of flavour or substitute with 1 tsp vanilla extract. Make this sauce in advance and store in the fridge until ready to serve.
  1. In a large sauce pan combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes, until thickened slightly. Transfer to a bowl to cool to room temperature. Mixture will thicken as it cools.
