INGREDIENTS
- 12 oz frozen cranberries thawed
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 2 tsp Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary finely chopped
- 1/2 beans scraped vanilla pod
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
METHOD
Use frozen and thawed cranberries to cook this delicious cranberry sauce quickly. Use fresh vanilla for a huge kick of flavour or substitute with 1 tsp vanilla extract. Make this sauce in advance and store in the fridge until ready to serve.
- In a large sauce pan combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes, until thickened slightly. Transfer to a bowl to cool to room temperature. Mixture will thicken as it cools.
