INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups large diced stale sour dough
- 3 cups large diced heirloom tomatoes
- 2 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 red onion chopped
- 1/2 cup really good olive oil
- Splash red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- Handful torn basil
METHOD
In a large fry pan toast bread in olive oil, Add garlic and onions. Remove when golden and mix with remaining ingredients top with fresh basil and serve.
