NishDish dandelion salad

Ingredients

1 bunch
fresh picked dandelion leaves, washed, dried and chopped
1 bunch
spinach
2
washed pears, sliced and diced, soaked in lemon juice
1/3 cup
dried cranberry
1 TBSP
grapeseed oil
To taste
Himalayan or sea salt
1 TSP
optional apple cider vinegar

Instructions

Combine greens, top with pear, add grapeseed oil (and optional vinegar) and then sprinkle with dried cranberries. Add salt to taste. If you don't have a nut allergy, sprinkle on a few crushed walnuts too! Serves 4+.
