Special tools: cast iron pan

  1. In a medium heat cast iron pan, heat up olive oil. Place dough in pan crisp until golden. Flip and crisp another side
  2. Remove and top with grated parmesan. Then fold mortadella on top.
  3. Garnish with salsa verde and toasted pistachios.
