Modern fried rice

Ingredients

2 tablespoons
canola oil
1 cup
chopped broccoli
3 chopped
green onions
1 cup
edamame
3
garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons
chopped fresh ginger
2 cups
Big Batch whole grains
1 teaspoon
toasted sesame oil
2
eggs, lightly beaten
1-2 tablespoons
soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat canola oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium high. Add broccoli and green onions. Cook 2 minutes.
  2. Add edamame, garlic and ginger. Cook 2 minutes.
  3. Add whole grains and cook, stirring often until very hot.
  4. Make some space in the middle of the pan. Add sesame oil, then add eggs. Cook 1 minute then stir the eggs into the grains and vegetables until well mixed. Stir in soy sauce.
