Give Little Potatoes big flavour with this spicy dill dipping sauce!

Ingredients

3 lbs (1.36kg)
Little Yellows
2 tbsp
canola oil
1/2 tsp
sea salt
1/2 tsp
freshly ground black pepper

Spicy Dill Dipping Sauce

1 cup
mayonaise
1/2 cup
sour cream
3 tbsp
chipotle hot sauce, (or Siracha)
1/4 cup
chopped dill
2 tbsp
Dijon mustard
2
garlic cloves, minced or grated
1/4 tsp
sea salt
1/2 tsp
freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. In a bowl toss together potatoes, oil, salt and pepper. Transfer to the grill and cook, flipping occasionally until potatoes are charred and cooked through about 20 minutes. (Tip: potato skin will begin to dimple when they are soft throughout).
  3. In a bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, hot sauce, dill, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper. Serve potatoes with dipping sauce.
