Give Little Potatoes big flavour with this spicy dill dipping sauce!
INGREDIENTS
- 3 lbs (1.36kg) Little Yellows
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Spicy Dill Dipping Sauce
- 1 cup mayonaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 tbsp chipotle hot sauce (or Siracha)
- 1/4 cup chopped dill
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves minced or grated
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
METHOD
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- In a bowl toss together potatoes, oil, salt and pepper. Transfer to the grill and cook, flipping occasionally until potatoes are charred and cooked through about 20 minutes. (Tip: potato skin will begin to dimple when they are soft throughout).
- In a bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, hot sauce, dill, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper. Serve potatoes with dipping sauce.
