A great summer dish of king crab paired with fresh avocado and mint leaves.

Ingredients
1 large
king crab leg
1
avocado
1 handfull
of chopped fresh mint
1
lemon, juiced and zested
4 tbsp
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Slice patty pans with mandoline, two dimes thick
- Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper grill at high heat one minute per side
- Place on plate. Top with sliced avocado and King crab
- In a small bowl mix, olive oil, lemon, mint salt and pepper
- Pour over entire salad and serve
