Grain bowls with creamy tahini dressing

Ingredients
1/2 cup
tahini
2 tablespoons
fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons
maple syrup
1/8 teaspoon
garlic powder
1/3 cup
water
2 cups
Big Batch whole grains
Sliced chicken
Cubed roasted squash
Sliced avocado
Fresh arugula
Crumbled feta
Chopped fresh mint
Instructions
- Whisk tahini with lemon juice, maple syrup, garlic powder and salt. Whisk in water. Reserve.
- Reheat Whole Grains and divide between 2 bowls.
- Top with chicken, squash, avocado, arugula and feta. Drizzle with tahini dressing. Sprinkle with almonds and mint.
