Double smoked bacon & mushroom bites

Ingredients
1 entire loaf
brioche bread, cut off all crusts
1 can
mushroom soup, (not diluted)
1 small bunch
fresh sage, finely chopped
1lb package
bacon
Instructions
- Preheat the broiler to 400F (200c).
- On a clean cutting board spread the mushroom soup and sage evenly on the top slice of each bread.
- Cut the bacon slices in half.
- Roll up each slice of bread and wrap with 2 slices of bacon side by side.
- Place each bacon roll onto a parchment / foil lined baking sheet and place in the oven for 20mins.
- If you want them extra crispy put them under the broiler on high for 2 mins!
- Serve hot & enjoy ❤️
