Double smoked bacon & mushroom bites

Ingredients

1 entire loaf
brioche bread, cut off all crusts
1 can
mushroom soup, (not diluted)
1 small bunch
fresh sage, finely chopped
1lb package
bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the broiler to 400F (200c).
  2. On a clean cutting board spread the mushroom soup and sage evenly on the top slice of each bread.
  3. Cut the bacon slices in half.
  4. Roll up each slice of bread and wrap with 2 slices of bacon side by side.
  5. Place each bacon roll onto a parchment / foil lined baking sheet and place in the oven for 20mins.
  6. If you want them extra crispy put them under the broiler on high for 2 mins!
  7. Serve hot & enjoy ❤️
