Best garlic bread
This garlic bread is a great side dish to any meal!

Ingredients

cloves garlic, , minced
2
tablespoons salted butter
2
tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 loaf
ciabatta bread or baguette, split in half lengthwise
4
tablespoons freshly grated parmigiana cheese
Finely chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Add garlic, butter, and olive oil into a small saucepan and cook over medium-low heat for 3 minutes or until the butter is melted.
- Toast both halves of the split bread under your oven broiler until it is toasted and golden brown in color. Brush the bread liberally with the garlic-oil mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley. Return to the broiler and brown for another 30 seconds or until the cheese is melted. Cut into squares and serve hot.
