INGREDIENTS
- 2 naan breads
- 8oz package cream cheese softened
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ¼ cup red onion thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup capers drained
- 1/4 cup fresh dill roughly chopped, keep some for garnish
- 1 lemon zest finely grated
- 1 lemon cut in half and grilled
- 1 cup (8oz) smoked salmon thinly sliced
METHOD
- Preheat the BBQ to heat oven to 400 degrees. Lay naan directly on the oven on the grill and cook for approximately 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl mix cream cheese with onion powder, fresh onion, capers, dill, and lemon zest; set aside
- To serve spread the cream cheese sauce over each naan and top with smoked salmon.
- Garnish with extra dill and fresh-squeezed grilled lemon juice
- Cut into small bites and enjoy!
