Smoked salmon flatbread

METHOD

  1. Preheat the BBQ to heat oven to 400 degrees. Lay naan directly on the oven on the grill and cook for approximately 5 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl mix cream cheese with onion powder, fresh onion, capers, dill, and lemon zest; set aside
  3. To serve spread the cream cheese sauce over each naan and top with smoked salmon.
  4. Garnish with extra dill and fresh-squeezed grilled lemon juice
  5. Cut into small bites and enjoy!
