INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
- 5 g grated grana padano
- 1 slice (crust removed) white bread
- 25 ml milk
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp fresh cracked black pepper
- for searing vegetable oil
METHOD

Method:
Soak bread in milk until absorbed. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients together well. Form meatballs the size of golf balls then sear in a large pan on medium heat until golden brown on all sides. Either pour seasoned tomato sauce over the meatballs and allow to braie on low heat for 30-45 minutes before serving, or allow meatballs to cool completely before placing in a freezer bag and storing for future use.
