INGREDIENTS
- 16 oz extra lean ground beef
- ¼ cup grainy Dijon
- 3-4 Tbsp horseradish
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 375F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix together beef, mustard and horseradish, mix well. Form 12 meatballs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165F
