Mairlyn Smith’s Lamb Meatballs

Ingredients
13 oz
lean ground lamb
¼ cup
whole wheat panko crumbs
½ cup
cilantro chutney
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix together lamb, panko and chutney, mix well. Form 8 meatballs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature is 170F.
