Prep Time: 10 min | Cook Time: 10 min | Yield 2-4ppl
Method:
Soak bread in milk until absorbed. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients together well. Lay out 3 dumpling wrappers at a time and brush the edges with water. Place 2 tsp of filling in the middle of the wrapper and pinch opposite ends together to form a triangle, proceed to firmly close all sides while removing any air inside. Once dumplings are formed sear in a pan lightly coated with oil until golden brown on one side, then flip and add enough water top barely coat the bottom of the pan, cover and steam for one minute. Remove and serve with ponzu.
