Ingredients

soft hamburger buns
1 x 5-7 lb
bone-in pork shoulder
2 cups
apple juice

beer

lime
3 tbsp
favourite rub
1 cup
bbq sauce
Slaw
1/2 head
julienne celeriac
5 stocks
julienne asparagus

1 hand full
julienne basil
1 hand full
julienne parsley

mayo
1/2 cup
yogurt

lime juice, and zest
2 tbsp
mustard
Instructions
- Pre heat your bbq to 225
- Rub the pork shoulder with spice rub and place in bbq fat side up
- Place apple juice, beer and lime juice into a spray bottle and spritz the pork every 1/2 hour. Smoke for 3 hours then turn
- Bring temperature up to 250 and smoke for another 6-8 hours
- Remove let rest for twenty minutes. Softly pull meat apart with hands and glaze with bbq sauce
- SLAW - Mix all ingredients into a lager bowl and toss softly. Please don't over mix. Season and let rest
- On a hamburger bun pile 5 oz of pulled pork top with summer slaw and serve. This will also work as a taco, on top of a burger or a dog
