Strawberry, grilled radicchio and almond salad

Ingredients
1/2 pint
thinly sliced strawberries
3 heads
radicchio, cut in half
1 head
frisee, washed and picked
2 cups
sliced and toasted almonds
Buttermilk blue cheese dressing
1/2 cup
buttermilk
140g
blue cheese
1/2
lemon, juiced
Instructions
- Grill or Roast radicchio until edges are browned and softened (if using oven 400F degrees for 10 - 12 minutes, on the grill on medium heat for approximately 3 mins per side). Cool completely.
- Blend buttermilk, blue cheese, and lemon juice.
- Arrange roasted radicchio, frisee, and strawberry on a family style platter. Top with dressing, followed by almonds.
