INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 ½ tsp horseradish
- 4 slices danish rye bread
- at room temperature butter
- 150g smoked salmon
- 1 ripe and sliced avocado
- 4 thinly sliced radishes
- chopped fresh chives
- lemon wedges
METHOD
- Stir sour cream and horseradish together in a small bowl.
- Spread a thin layer of butter on each slice of bread.
- Top with sour cream mixture, then layer with salmon, avocado and radishes.
- Sprinkle with chives.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
