Ingredients

3
peeled cut russet potatoes
1.5 cups
cooked lobster meat
1/4 cup
of crumbled feta cheese
2 tablespoons
chopped chives
2 tablespoons
of extra-virgin olive oil
Kosher salt and pepper
1/2
ripe avocado
1/2
of lemon juice and zest
2 tablespoons
extra-virgin olive oil
1/3 cup
of hot water
2 splashes
of hot sauce and Worcestershire
Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1.  Place fries into T-fal actifry with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Turn on fry setting for 30 minutes.
  2.  Remove season with salt and pepper, top with lobster meat and crumbled feta cheese.
  3.  drizzle with Avocado hollandaise and garnish with chopped chives
  4. Hollandaise : In a blender, purée avocado with lemon juice and zest. Add hot water, hot sauce, Worcestershire. Slowly drizzle in olive oil and season to finish
