Simply Awesome Guacamole

Ingredients

ripe (not over ripe) avocados
1 small clove
garlic
1 big pinch
kosher salt
1
juiced and zest lime
1 tbsp
sliced green onion
1
serrano chili
1 tbsp
chopped coriander
1
seeded and diced roma tomato
1 semi heavy pinch
black pepper

Instructions

In a wooden bowl, smash garlic and salt with a fork to make a paste. Add avocados and gently fork into rough texture. Add green onion, coriander, chili, lime juice and tomato. Taste and season. Serve with tortilla chips, veggies or flat bread.
