INGREDIENTS
- 2 ripe (not over ripe) avocados
- 1 small clove garlic
- 1 big pinch kosher salt
- 1 juiced and zest lime
- 1 tbsp sliced green onion
- 1 serrano chili
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander
- 1 seeded and diced roma tomato
- 1 semi heavy pinch black pepper
METHOD
In a wooden bowl, smash garlic and salt with a fork to make a paste. Add avocados and gently fork into rough texture. Add green onion, coriander, chili, lime juice and tomato. Taste and season. Serve with tortilla chips, veggies or flat bread.
