Simple overnight dough

Ingredients

3 ½ cups
all-purpose flour, (plus more for rolling)
¾ tsp
salt
¼ tsp
instant yeast
1 ½ cups
water

Instructions

  1. Stir the flour, salt and yeast together in a large bowl. 
  2. Stir in the water. 
  3. Cover and let rise at room temperature for at least 12 hours or until the surface is bubbly.
  4. Sprinkle with flour before rolling.
