INGREDIENTS
- 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour (plus more for rolling)
- ¾ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp instant yeast
- 1 ½ cups water
METHOD
- Stir the flour, salt and yeast together in a large bowl.
- Stir in the water.
- Cover and let rise at room temperature for at least 12 hours or until the surface is bubbly.
- Sprinkle with flour before rolling.
