Shrimp, melon wrapped in prosciutto

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb
(21/25 in size) peeled and deveined shrimps

peeled, sliced, cut into sticks cantaloupe
10 thin slices
Prosciutto crudo
Marinade
1/2 medium
chopped red onion
2 cloves
chopped garlic

zest and juice lemon
3 sprigs
picked thyme
(to drench the skewers) oil
black pepper
Sauce

roasted, peeled and chopped red pepper

Instructions
Wrap each stick of melon with the prosciutto, cut into pieces about one-inch length and set aside. Prepare the skewer by inserting a shrimp and a melon four times into an 8-inch bamboo skewer, end the sequence with a shrimp. Grill on a lively fire for about 2 minutes on each side.
