INGREDIENTS
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup fresh basil
- 12 mini bocconcini cheese
Waldorf salad sticks
- 1 Gala or Granny Smith apple chopped
- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 2 stalks celery chopped
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp crushed walnuts
Chef salad sticks
- 1 avocado sliced
- 1/4 lb fresh turkey sliced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
METHOD
For the Caprese salad sticks:
- Assemble tomatoes, basil and bocconcini on skewers and serve.
For the Waldorf salad sticks:
- Clean and chop apple, celery and lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Clean grapes.
- Assemble pieces onto skewers. Mix yogurt, honey and walnuts. Serve with skewers.
For the Chef salad sticks:
- Assemble avocado, turkey, cheese and tomatoes on skewers. Serve with a side of ranch dressing.
