Salad Nicoise

Ingredients

1/2 cup
steamed and cooled green beans
4
kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
1/2 cup
fresh grape tomatoes, halved
1 tsp
capers, optional
2 cups
arugula
1
hard boiled egg
2 tsp
balsamic vinegar
2 tsp
olive oil
1 can
tuna

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a large bowl, mix well and enjoy!
