INGREDIENTS
- 1 400g package PC plant-based Sausages, removed from casing and pinched into nubs
- 1 teaspoon za’atar
- 2 sliced shallots
- 1.5 lb trimmed and halved Brussels
- 2 tablespoons EVOO
- 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoons black pepper
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Mix Brussels with 1 tablespoon EVOO and season with salt and pepper.
- Place on a lined baking sheet and flip after 15 minutes
- Place 1 tablespoon EVOO In a large sauté pan on medium heat, sauté shallots and sausage. Season with za’atar and stir softly until crisp.
- Once Brussels are charred toss with sausage, correct seasoning and serve.
