PB & J stuffed french toast

Ingredients

4
slices brioche
1/4
cup peanut butter
2
tbsps strawberry jam
2
eggs
1/4
cup 35% cream
1
nub butter
1
pinch flaky salt

Instructions

  1. Spread peanut butter on 2 slices of bread.
  2. Spread jelly on other two. Bring together for an almost perfect PB&J.
  3. Whisk eggs and cream in a medium size bowl and carefully dip both sides of sandwiches.
  4. Butter non stick pan and caramelize sandwiches on both sides.
  5. Garnish with flaky salt and serve.
