INGREDIENTS
- 8 ouches Valveeta cheese large dice
- 4 cups whole milk
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 6 splashes Worcestershire
- 2 cups macaroni uncooked
- 1 cub salted butter sliced into nubs
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Garnish
- 1/2 cup bacon crumbs
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
METHOD
1. Grease up 9×13 baking dish with extra virgin olive oil. Pre heat oven to 350F degrees.
2. In the bottom of your baking dish mix together milk, hot sauce, salt, pepper, Worcestershire and mustard.
3. Pour in uncooked macaroni and give it a soft stir.
4. Then add slices of Velveeta and 1 cup shredded cheese into baking dish evenly.
5. Top with nubs of butter.
6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 40 minutes (until macaroni is cooked and most of the
liquid has been absorbed).
7. Take it out of the oven, remove foil, and top with another cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Then
bacon bits, panko and parsley
8. Put it back in the oven (uncovered) for another 20 minutes.
