INGREDIENTS
- 2 fluffy buns
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 nub butter
- 1/2 cup green olives chopped
- 2 tbsp capers chopped
- 1/4 cup roasted red peppers chopped
- 1 handful basil chopped
- 1 splash olive oil
- 1/4 lemon juice
- Salt & pepper
- 8 slices mortadella
- 12 slices genoa
- 8 slices ham
- 4 slices provolone
- 4 slices Swiss
METHOD
- Rub butter on cast iron pan and add garlic, toast buns and layer sandwiches.
- Mix green olives, peppers, capers and basil. Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil.
- Top sandwich and press with another cast iron pan until warm and crispy.
- Cut and half and serve with a smile!
