INGREDIENTS
- 1-10 oz dough stretched to 10 inches
- 4 oz tomato sauce raw
- 2 oz double smoked bacon
- 2 oz golden pineapple sliced
- 2 oz green olives
- 10 pepperoni
- 4 oz mozzarella grated
- 1 tbsp chili oil
- basil to garnish
METHOD
Special tools: pizza paddle pizza stone
- Sauce pizza skin evenly, leaving ⅔ of a inch for the crust.
- Top with cheese and carefully add remaining ingredients.
- Dust pizza peel with flour and pick up pie.
- Place in 450 degree oven on a pizza stone and bake for 6-8 minutes.
- Remove and cut into 4.
- Pick up a slice and blow on it until you think it’s cool enough not to burn your mouth.
