skinless and boneless chicken breast, cut into thin strips

olive oil

plain yogurt

garam masala

lemon, juiced with finely grated zest

garlic cloves, chopped

ground cumin

1 pinch
cayenne pepper
Instructions
- In a dish or large sealable plastic bag, combine all the ingredients. Cover the dish or seal the bag. Refrigerate for 1 hour
- Thread the chicken strips onto metal or wooden skewers
- Preheat the grill, setting the burners to high. Oil the grate
- Grill the skewers for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until the chicken is cooked through
